• Both penthouses have a queen bed, 2 singles, fold out double sofa bed and a trundle bed.  
  SECURITY DEPOSIT $3500 per villa
  
• Pool villa or Terrace villa 4 people $4200 per week 
• Beach House or villa 5 people $5100 per week 
  Terrace villa 6 people $5880 per week 
• SECURITY DEPOSIT $2500 per villa
  
  **A deposit of 50% of total tariff is required in one payment and is NOT refundable if you cancel. We will require the name of each room mate and parent mobile number on booking. A valid credit card for each room mate will be held as security against damages beyond the security deposit amount**
