SECURITY DEPOSIT $1500 per house

**A deposit of 50% of total tariff is required in one payment and is NOT refundable if you cancel. We will require the name of each room mate and parent mobile number on booking. A valid credit card for each room mate will be required and held as security against damages beyond the security deposit amount**

• This property has an on site manager with security personal employed throughout the night during schoolies weeks. The complex has on site security cameras. All guests will be issued with ID arm bands and only they will be allowed on the property at all times.
